How to nourish the liver simply and effectively?In fact, just a little attention before going to bed can achieve unexpected results.
1. Soak your feet. Soaking your feet before going to bed is one of the best ways to nourish your liver. Hot water stimulates acupuncture points in the feet, which can promote blood circulation, which in turn soothes the liver. At the same time, the Yongquan acupoint on the sole of the foot is the starting point of the kidney meridian, and soaking the feet also helps to nourish the kidneys.
2. Tap the inner thighs.
Lie flat on the bed before bed, straighten your legs and relax your body. Make a fist with both hands and gently tap the inner thighs for 5-10 minutes.
