On January 3, the machine roared in the production unit area of the catalytic cracking workshop of Jilin Petrochemical Refinery, and Han Meng, a senior technician of the assembly fitter of Jilin Petrochemical Construction and Repair Company, held a vibrometer and shook the equipment back and forth. Looking at the vibrometer, Han Meng frowned, and held his chin with his hand, thoughtfully. The equipment in front of him that made him worry was the main wind unit, oil station, steam turbine oil pump. A seemingly inconspicuous small pump, but it is the core equipment of the whole unit of ** lubricating oil, authentic American goods, and the internal structure is more sophisticated.
Recently, the vibration of the bearing box of the oil pump exceeds the limit, which directly affects the stable operation of the oil pump and also brings challenges to the safe operation of the whole unit.
Although he only has a technical school degree, Han Meng has grown step by step from an apprentice to an expert in the workshop and a technical master with his hard work and courageous work attitude. The person in charge of the refinery's mobile equipment room found Han Meng and asked him to repair the oil pump as soon as possible. But after two days of hard work, the vibration value of the bearing box is still exceeded.
The oil pump is the heart of the unit, and we must not let the 'foreign equipment' pick the pick. Han Meng held back a lot of strength in his heart. After analysis and exploration, he felt that the problem was still in the bearing box. At the same time, the refinery specially invited two engineers from the manufacturer's after-sales department to troubleshoot the equipment, but also found nothing. The engineer from the manufacturer suggested that the oil pump should be disassembled as a whole and sent to a professional monitoring agency for a more detailed "physical examination".
As soon as these words came out, the hearts of everyone present suddenly sank to the bottom. If the oil pump is not repaired well, the catalytic cracking unit will not operate normally. If the equipment is transported to other provinces for maintenance, it will take a week to come and go at the earliest, and the resulting losses will cost millions of yuan, to say the least.
Can you give us a few more days? Han Meng found the refinery leader and wanted to try again. "I'll only give you two more days at most! The refinery leader thought for a long time and nodded slowly.
Two days is two days! Han Meng made a "military order" on the spot. In order to understand the internal structure of the equipment more carefully and intuitively, he found the original drawings of the equipment. The drawings were found, but they were all in English, and they were all in professional terms. Everyone surrounded the drawings with bitter faces, and you discussed it for a long time, but no one could say why.
Squad leader, the drawings are all in English, we don't know a word, this equipment really can't be repaired. "Yes, Lao Han, the equipment is handed over to us, if it is not repaired well and affects the normal operation of the device, then it will be a big deal!" Some people at the scene retreated.
Han Meng disagreed, reached out to take the drawings, and plunged into the factory data room. While holding an English-Chinese dictionary and looking up translations of rare words on the drawings one by one, he looked up a large number of reference materials on the Internet and annotated them on the drawings. After careful review and analysis, and repeated checks in combination with the actual measurement data on site, Han Meng finally came to the conclusion that the problem was the bearing box! Originally, there was a 0The clearance of 03 mm causes vibrations when the bearing is operated due to the poor fit.
In order to save maintenance time, Han Meng suggested that the original bearing box should be technically modified, an inner sleeve should be processed and embedded into the inner hole of the bearing box, and the inner sleeve should be finely processed to ensure that the inner diameter of the inner sleeve and the outer ring of the bearing are accurately matched. After intense repair, the oil pump ran smoothly and the operating parameters returned to normal.
