By the end of 2023, PetroChina's Changqing Oilfield has successfully completed the annual oil and gas production task, with an increase of 1.05 million tons of oil and gas equivalent compared with last year, maintaining its leading position in domestic oil and gas production for 12 consecutive years, and handing over a bumper harvest to ensure national energy security.
The development of Changqing Oilfield is a typical low-pressure, low-permeability and low-abundance oil and gas reservoir in the world, and the economic and effective development is a global problem. In recent years, Changqing Oilfield has continuously increased its exploration and development and scientific and technological research, challenged the limit of the benefit development of "three low" oil and gas reservoirs, and built China's first 60 million ton super-large oil and gas field. In order to ensure steady development on the basis of "large volume", in 2023, Changqing Oilfield will transform from the pursuit of scale and speed to the pursuit of quality and efficiency, and unswervingly strengthen and optimize the three main businesses of resource exploration, oil and gas development, and new energy, and continuously enhance its core competitiveness and core functions.
In order to consolidate the "basic plate" of high-quality development, Changqing Oilfield has fought a good offensive battle of resource exploration, scientifically planned the "14th Five-Year Plan" and medium and long-term reserve increase and production goals in key exploration areas, and focused on the three levels of "risk exploration, large-scale exploration, and benefit exploration", insisted on strategic discovery, large-scale reserve increase, and benefit construction and production at the same time, achieved remarkable exploration results in many fields, and continued to build a "home base" of reserves. In 2023, we will explore and open up two large oil and gas fields in the source, discover two large oil and gas fields, form two 100-million-ton reserve construction production areas, and quickly implement two high-quality reserve targets.
In the face of difficulties such as the increasingly prominent contradiction between exploration and development and the imbalance between storage and production after rapid production, Changqing Oilfield continues to tackle key technologies such as efficient development of unconventional resources and enhanced oil recovery, and strives to fight the "positional battle" of stable production of oil and gas fields, accelerate the transformation of recoverable reserves, and accumulate strong momentum for high-quality development. A series of "decreasing projects" such as the "ballast stone" project and the enhanced oil recovery project of the old oil and gas fields have been rolled out in an orderly manner, and the development situation of oil and gas fields has continued to be stable and improving, and the natural decline rate, comprehensive decline rate and water cut rise rate have remained stable year-on-year. While ensuring the steady growth of oil and gas, under the guidance of the "double carbon" goal, Changqing Oilfield has given full play to the advantages of rich wind and solar resources in the oil area, vigorously developed new energy business, and formed a green industrial layout with light, heat and CCUS as the main body. In 2023, the installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic in the oilfield will reach 14730,000 kilowatts, annual wind and solar power generation exceeded 1800 million kilowatt hours, the total energy consumption and intensity of the oilfield have achieved "two consecutive reductions". At the same time, it actively participates in the construction of the national "Shagehuang" new energy base, and the "wind, solar, gas and hydrogen storage" integrated demonstration project in Ordos Sulige and the 500,000 kilowatt wind and solar integrated base project in the oil and gas field area are included in the national list, and the green energy full of "wind, solar, hydrogen and heat" is gathering the new engine of green and low-carbon transformation and development of Changqing Oilfield.
