On January 1, a total of 8 wells of Jia 37-2 platform and Jia 23-1 platform in the western exploration area of Jidong Oilfield were successfully put into production, and the daily gas production is expected to reach 860,000 cubic meters, a good start for the annual production.
In recent years, Jidong Oilfield has vigorously promoted the production and construction project of the western exploration area, and it took only one and a half years to fully build the surface "one plant, five stations and one end station", creating the "Jidong speed".
At the beginning of the new year of 2024, Jidong Oilfield aims at the goal of reaching production, strengthens production and operation guarantees, adheres to the project management "three advances, two synchronizations, and two optimizations", reasonably arranges the well opening plan, strengthens process control, and ensures the seamless connection and efficient progress of all links. At the same time, the oilfield pays close attention to the improvement of QHSE management, implements various safety regulations, pays close attention to the risk management and control of "two sites", and earnestly carries out "three inspections and four determinations" to eliminate potential safety hazards. Carefully prepare the production plan and emergency plan, strictly implement the technical disclosure before opening the well and the safety analysis before work, and fully prepare for the production of equipment and facilities such as pressure test leak detection, instrument calibration, and parameter commissioning. Strengthen the control of the whole process of new well production, and relevant management, technology, and operation personnel always stick to the production site, find problems and deal with them in a timely manner, so as to ensure the success of the new well of the platform at one time.
