In order to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of veterans and strengthen the role of veterans in national defense education, on January 27, the 6th Fujian Provincial "Soldier Instructor" public welfare training course was held in Hui'an County in the Camouflage Dream Veterans Employment and Entrepreneurship Base. Liu Hongsheng, deputy director of Quanzhou Veterans Affairs Bureau, Guo Huiqing, deputy county magistrate of Hui'an County, and the person in charge of Hui'an County Veterans Affairs Bureau attended the opening ceremony.
During the activity, the person in charge summarized the work results achieved by Camouflage Dream in recent years in employment and entrepreneurship, national defense education, etc., and made detailed plans for the future development direction and ideas, on the one hand, to explore more innovative models to strengthen the core quality of young people, on the other hand, to continue to play the military character of "bringing the old with the new" to help more retired soldiers achieve skill improvement and employment and entrepreneurship.
Subsequently, the camouflage dream "2023 National Veterans Entrepreneurship and Employment Honor List" and "Fujian Provincial Primary and Secondary School Research and Practice Education Base" were unveiled on the spot.
At the opening ceremony of the public welfare training class, Liu Hongsheng emphasized that he hoped that the retired soldiers would not retire from the army and write a new chapter in the local area. Study hard, actively participate in training, quickly improve yourself, and make new and greater contributions on the social stage in the future.
After the ceremony, all the personnel collectively visited the camouflage dream base environment, mobile military experience station and other national defense education projects.
Since the establishment of the Hui'an County Veterans Affairs Bureau, it has jointly held the "Soldier Instructor" public welfare training course for six consecutive years in conjunction with the Camouflage Dream Veterans Employment and Entrepreneurship Base, trained and incubated more than 120 "Soldier Instructors", helped more than 600 veterans in career planning, employment and entrepreneurship, and actively explored new content and new measures such as combining Hui'an's revolutionary history and double-support culture, and innovating mobile military experience stations to help carry out national defense education activities. In the next step, Hui'an County will further strengthen the employment and entrepreneurship of retired servicemen and play their role, build a more diverse and high-quality platform for retired soldiers to make new contributions, and give full play to the advantages of "military instructors" in national defense education, and launch the "military instructors" and "Hui'an brand".
