Affected by a new round of cold waves, strong winds, dust, rain and snow have occurred in the western region of China, which has adversely affected the return of the Spring Festival and the supply of oil products. In the face of extreme weather, the Northwest Sales Company adjusted its transportation capacity in a timely manner, strengthened resource coordination, and made every effort to ensure the stability of market demand under extreme weather. From February 17 to 24, the company shipped oil products to Xinjiang, Gansu, Inner Mongolia and other western regions2840,000 tons.
Northwest Sales strengthened communication with refining and chemical enterprises in Xinjiang, coordinated the increase in production and adjustment of low-condensation diesel, and made every effort to ensure low-condensation diesel in Wuchang and southern Xinjiang. From February 17th to 24th, Urumqi Petrochemical increased the production of low-condensate diesel by 8,200 tons compared with the plan, and the dispatch volume increased by 4,100 tons compared with the plan. At the same time, organize resources to supplement gasoline and low-condensation diesel at highway gas stations in northern Xinjiang, with a daily average of 2,750 tons of gasoline and 1,200 tons of low-condensation diesel. Organize oil resources to Wuchang, Turpan, Shanshan, Hami and other return vehicle concentration areas through highways, ** gasoline and low-condensation point diesel, with a daily shipment volume of 6,860 tons.
Affected by the implementation of traffic control in the Xingxingxia section of the Lianhuo Expressway (Gan New Territories), a large number of vehicles and passengers were stranded in Jiuquan, Gansu. Northwest sales actively connect with Gansu sales, strengthen resource coordination and organization, and arrange for the subordinate Yumen oil depot to adopt the method of "unloading and preparing one", and quickly install and send fast. From February 17th to 24th, a total of 9,403 tons of oil were supplied to the gas stations of Jiuquan Branch in Gansu to ensure that the stranded vehicles were sufficiently oiled.
In the face of the rapid drop in temperature in Inner Mongolia, Northwest Sales closely linked with Inner Mongolia sales, flexibly adjusted distribution routes, and actively carried out cross-regional distribution. From February 17 to 24, a total of 1,400 tons of low-condensation diesel were distributed to gas stations in Inner Mongolia across regions. At the same time, from Gansu Xigu Oil Depot through the railway centralized delivery of negative 35 diesel 39 cars, successively arrived in Linhe, Dongsheng, Xinxian City and other areas, in order to prepare sufficient resources for the low temperature cold wave war.
