On February 21, in the face of extreme weather such as strong winds, sand and dust, snowfall, Changqing Oilfield issued safety risk reminders in a timely manner, fully implemented the management of safety production under special weather, and quickly deployed the production and operation organization under extreme weather. Front-line cadres and employees take "snow" as the order, smell the "wind" and move, go against the "sand", and make every effort to ensure oil and gas.
In order to reduce the superimposed impact of multiple extreme weather, Changqing Oilfield has strictly organized production, strengthened on-duty duty, strictly implemented responsibility, and implemented measures such as windproof, cold, sand, and fall from heights to ensure personnel safety, production control, and stable winter supply. The leading cadres of each oil production unit are in front of the command, on-site monitoring, and keeping an eye on highly dangerous devices and major danger sources. The on-the-job employees pay close attention to the changes in liquid level, output, power map, etc., and take measures such as emergency heat preservation, anti-freezing and anti-blocking in a timely manner, and go all out to ensure the normal operation of the production system. All gas production units pay close attention to the changes in the pressure, temperature, instantaneous output and other parameters of each production device and the gas gathering branch, strictly implement the equipment inspection system, and make every effort to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the production equipment and ensure the safety and stability of winter supply to the greatest extent.
Floating dust and cooling weather have brought adverse effects to the patrol of long-distance pipelines. Changqing Oilfield uses unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to replace manual inspections, and increases inspections of key parts such as high-consequence areas and valve chambers to ensure that oil and gas gathering and transportation are always under control.
Low visibility in sand and dust weather seriously affects driving safety. All units in the oilfield quickly activated the emergency response plan for severe weather, released real-time road conditions and safety tips in a timely manner, focused on safety warning, vehicle speed pressure drop, etc., and went all out to ensure traffic safety in windy and dusty weather. Through the GPS system, the Sulige gas field monitors the driving conditions of vehicles in the area of strong sandstorms in real time, and reminds the driver as soon as the abnormality is found, so as to ensure the safety of the patrol travel.
In order to do a good job in personal safety protection in extreme weather, all units in the oilfield equipped employees with goggles, safety helmets, safety ropes and other protective equipment as soon as possible. Relevant units also carry out sand and dust protection, anti-skid, and anti-freezing publicity through various forms such as safety morning meetings, pre-shift meetings, and WeChat pushes, so as to guide employees to do a good job of self-protection during extreme weather and ensure the safety of personnel and production and life.
