On February 20, the first heavy snowfall of the Year of the Dragon came, and the cadres and employees of the No. 1 Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield still stuck to their posts in the face of extreme weather, braved the severe cold and faced the wind and snow, and effectively did a good job in safe production and natural gas winter supply under the heavy snow and cooling weather, and went all out to ensure the smooth and orderly production and operation, and ensure that the people used gas safely and warmly through the winter.
In the face of extreme weather tests such as strong winds, cooling and snowfall, the first gas production plant issued severe weather safety risk reminders in a timely manner, quickly deployed the production and operation organization under extreme weather, reserved production and living materials in advance, further strengthened the safety management of key critical parts such as gas gathering stations, purification plants, and gas transmission trunks, formulated special emergency support plans for key well stations, strictly monitored the operation of production process parameters, strengthened the implementation of standardized operating procedures, and deeply analyzed and judged the outstanding risks faced by safety production. Formulate and implement various targeted prevention and control measures, strengthen emergency rescue and emergency response, and ensure rapid response and effective disposal in case of emergencies, so as to ensure normal production and gas supply.
At present, the snowfall is still ongoing, and all departments are cooperating to coordinate emergency problems in the production process at any time, and the whole plant has formed a linkage pattern of full participation and independent investigation and management of hidden dangers. The production and operation management department collects and feeds back production information in a timely manner, quickly coordinates and deals with the problems encountered in the production process, and actively coordinates and reasonably allocates production materials, equipment and vehicles; Strengthen communication, coordination and close cooperation between government departments and operation areas and purification plants to achieve seamless connection; All production units have strengthened inspections and strengthened the monitoring of the operation status of equipment, facilities and pipelines.
In this heavy snowfall, the No. 1 Gas Production Plant responded quickly and organized employees to clear the snow on the production equipment to prevent freezing damage to the equipment and ensure safe gas transmission. Arrange personnel to do a good job of road snow removal and anti-freezing and anti-skid work. Carefully inspect the equipment and devices, and implement the pressure, temperature and other parameters as soon as possible; Quickly carry out the unplugging of frozen gas wells to ensure that the gas volume is not affected; Each regional production center conducts a second inspection of the unattended station to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production equipment. Combined with the actual production and icy road conditions, the factory upgraded vehicle control, strictly implemented the application and approval procedures for vehicles used in special weather, and stopped all non-production vehicles on snow days and night vehicles with snow and icy road conditions.
At present, the first gas production plant is working together as one, and the cadres and groups are working together to shoulder the responsibility of fighting ice and snow, fighting severe cold, and ensuring gas supply, and continue to maintain efficient operation of various tasks centered on external gas supply.
