In addition, high fat intake can also lead to health problems such as cardiovascular disease.

Finally, the ketogenic method is not a sustainable method. While it may allow you to lose weight quickly in a short period of time, it's not a healthy way to lose weight, and it's not easy to maintain. If you want to maintain a healthy body and good eating habits, it is recommended that you adopt a balanced diet that focuses on nutrient intake and metabolic health.
