Li Luming, male, Han nationality, born in February 1968, is a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a doctor of engineering, a professor, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Vice President and Dean of the School of Aerospace and Aeronautics of Tsinghua University, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Tsinghua University in September 2022, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Tsinghua University in December 2023. His research interests include human-machine and environmental engineering, brain pacemakers, and neuromodulation.

The inverter control method and the frequency conversion brain pacemaker were invented to solve the problem of multi-symptom regulation.

He invented an MRI-compatible brain pacemaker, and for the first time, a high-field MRI was used to examine patients with brain pacemakers.

The remote perception program control technology of neuromodulation was invented, which reduced the medical burden of patients in remote areas.
