At present, the foundation works of these four buildings are under construction, and about 50% of the work has been completed. The old 1 building has been built to the height of the first floor above ground, Buildings 1 and 2 have been built to the height of the second floor above the ground, and the fastest building 3 has reached the height of the third floor above the ground. During normal working hours, there are between 150 and 200 workers per day on our construction site, and the speed of progress is still relatively fast. According to the relevant person in charge of the construction party, it is initially expected that the third building will be capped at the end of April this year, and the entire old eight building area will be capped at the end of May, and then it will fully enter the decoration construction stage, and it is expected that the entire old eight buildings will be completed around November this year.
It is reported that the complete set of renovation sites of the workers' village is located between residential buildings, and the construction is relatively difficult. First of all, in view of the construction safety problem, in the process of foundation pit excavation, the construction party formulated a support and reinforcement plan, and at the same time carried out all-round monitoring at multiple points, and the monitoring data was updated regularly every day to ensure the safety of the surrounding houses. The second is the problem of noise and dust, which should be avoided as much as possible to affect the rest of residents, and sprinkler trucks and sprayers should be used to minimize dust.
