1. Pharmaceutical retail enterprises(1) Resident licensed pharmacist:
Pharmaceutical retail enterprises include chain stores, individual stores, etc. According to the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Quality of Drug Operation and Use", those who deal in prescription drugs and Class A non-prescription drugs shall be equipped with licensed pharmacists who are suitable for the business scope and varieties according to the regulations. Responsible for drug quality management, prescription review and dispensing, rational drug use guidance, and adverse reaction information collection and reporting.
(2) Relevant person in charge:
According to the regulations, the legal representative or the person in charge of the drug retail enterprise shall have the qualification of a licensed pharmacist.
This year, the Sichuan Food and Drug Administration's "Inspection Rules for Drug Retail Chain Headquarters" was officially implemented. Among them, it is clear that the person in charge of the quality of Sichuan and Chongqing pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises and the person in charge of the quality management department of the enterprise shall have the qualification of a licensed pharmacist

In recent years, Sichuan, Liaoning, Shaanxi and other places have issued relevant documents to support the establishment of remote pharmacy service centers at the headquarters of drug retail chains, and clarify the requirements for the deployment of remote prescription review licensed pharmacists, such as Sichuan
2. Pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises refer to the 2022 "Measures for the Administration of Drug Business (Wholesale) Licenses (Trial)" document of Jiangsu Province, and the requirements for quality management positions and licensed pharmacists in pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises are as follows:
1) The person in charge of quality and the person in charge of the quality management department shall have the qualification of a licensed pharmacist;
2) The enterprise shall be engaged in quality management of no less than 3 people, in addition to the person in charge of quality and the person in charge of the quality management department, at least 1 licensed (Chinese) pharmacist.
3) Enterprises dealing in traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, at least one practicing Chinese pharmacist among the quality management personnel.
4) Enterprises that only operate in vitro diagnostic reagents, with no less than 2 quality management personnel, including at least 1 practicing (Chinese) pharmacist.
3. According to the relevant documents of Shanghai, the pharmaceutical manufacturers understand that in the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises, the licensed pharmacists hold the positions of the person in charge of production, the person in charge of quality, and the person authorized by quality, and are subject to key supervision
4. Medical institutionsGenerally speaking, licensed pharmacists are mainly registered and practiced in units outside the hospital.
