How to apply for LTVP.
When applying for LTVP at the ICA, one of the following conditions must be met:

2. Unmarried stepchildren under the age of 21 of the SP EP pass holder.

1.*After submitting the application, the ICA will send a confirmation letter with the function of IPA (In-Principle Approval). Therefore, if you cancel your student visa after graduation and return to your home country, and then want to return to Singapore to look for a job, you can use this letter to enter Singapore at the time of entry.

How do I apply for LTVP?
1.You need to go to the LTVP** system of the immigration office to apply.
2.LTVP applications that require a visit to the ministry can be applied for through the online system.
3.To apply for LTVP under the EntrePass, you must go to the counter to apply.
What is LTVP+?
LTVP+ can be said to be the pass with the most benefits and the best treatment in addition to permanent residents (PR). For example, LTVP+ holders enjoy the same medical allowance as permanent residents, work locally, and their employers do not have to pay foreign worker tax for them, etc., in general, their life in Singapore is largely guaranteed.

From 27 February 2023, Singapore** will cease issuing physical cards and convert all Long-Term Visit Passes, Student's Passes, and Dependant's Passes to e-Passes. So how do you apply for LTVP?
You can visit the ICA website (www.).ica.gov.SG) or the "Myica" app on your phone.
Steps. 1.Click to go to the "e-services and forms" section.
2.Select the appropriate pass type to start your application.
Processing time. LTVP applications will be processed within six weeks. If your application is still within this processing timeframe, please be patient and wait to receive an email notification of the outcome of your application, or use the e-service to check the outcome of your application without having to contact USCIS to check the status of your application.
Precautions. Original documents or photocopies may be required during processing. At the same time, the applicant and/or sponsor may also be required to attend an interview. If required, ICA will contact the applicant and/or sponsor to request any additional documentation or schedule an interview.
Expenses. A one-time and non-refundable application fee of S$30.
Once the application is approved, the LTVP fee is SGD 60.
If you need to extend your Short-Term Visit Pass (White Card), the fee is SGD 40.
If a multiple-entry visa is required, the fee is SGD 30.
Once the payment is completed, the applicant will be notified if they need to go to the ICA building in person to collect the LTVP. If you need to travel to the ICA building, you can get an In-Principle Approval (IPA) valid for three months. Please note that the IPA letter is not an immigration pass and will not give the applicant a valid period of stay. If the applicant fails to complete the LTVP visa process within three months, the approved application will be cancelled.
LTVP applicants who do not need to travel to the ICA building will receive an electronic LTVP upon payment of the required fee. The e-LTVP can be viewed after three business days via their SingPass app.
