According to reports, Primorsky Krai is the center of education and scientific research in the Russian Far East, which is connected to our province by land and water, and has the geographical advantage of opening up along the border. At the signing ceremony, the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Education said that Heilongjiang Vocational College of Agricultural Engineering and Chinese-funded enterprises in Russia "organized a group to go to sea" to establish the "Luban Workshop", which built a physical bridge between China's vocational education and world cooperation and exchanges, and will ignite a new engine for Sino-Russian cooperation in the agricultural industry.
It is reported that after the landing of the Luban Workshop in Russia, it will cooperate with Russian enterprises and universities such as Victoria Agricultural Co., Ltd. and Ussuriysk Agricultural and Industrial Institute in Russia to create conditions for local residents to improve people's livelihood and employment, and set a model for foreign cooperation among vocational colleges in Primorsky Krai.
