Article 1 Trainees

1) Party A's Responsibilities.
1.Actively and conscientiously carry out the training work according to the teaching outline and schedule, so that the trainees can make good progress under the guidance of the instructor, complete the plan during the training, and meet the requirements of the training program.
2.Provide a teaching environment suitable for the smooth development of training, and maintain a good teaching order.

4.Trainee B is unable to attend the class due to his/her own reasons, and the class time is not postponed. Parents are asked to urge their children to attend class on time.
5.Party A shall only be liable for the bodily injury of the trainee in the following circumstances:
1) Party A does not follow the arrangement of the syllabus or training plan, and allows the trainee to often carry out activities or behaviors with obvious risks;
2) The training equipment purchased by Party A collapses or overturns due to non-compliance with national or industry safety standards.
6.Party A may be regarded as a temporary guardianship obligation for the trainee during the training period.
7.Party A has the right to use the portrait, name, and voice of the trainee during the training period specified in this Agreement, and does not need to ask Party B permission again. In addition to the training period, Party A also has the right to use the trainee's training and training in Party A, and the video data for external publicity. However, the image of the trained person shall not be damaged, otherwise he shall be liable for compensation.
2) Party B's Responsibilities.
1.Party B confirms that it has understood and recognized the training subjects, content and training methods provided by Party A.
2.During the training period, Party B shall not participate in the catwalk, advertising or related product display performance activities other than those arranged by Party A, and Party B shall not recommend other trainees to participate in such activities, and Party B shall not refund the fees paid by Party B if it is found that the training qualification will be terminated immediately. Party B shall be responsible for all adverse consequences caused by this.
3.If Party B chooses to terminate the trainee's participation in the training due to Party B's reasons or third-party factors beyond Party A's control, the training fee paid will not be refunded.
Article 5 Dispute Resolution
All disputes or disputes related to this Agreement or the process of the Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the two parties, and if the negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court where Party A is located.
Article 6 Miscellaneous
1.This Agreement shall come into force after being signed by both parties, and the original shall be in duplicate, each of which shall have the same legal effect.
2.Matters not covered by the two parties shall be resolved through negotiation and a supplementary agreement shall be signed, which shall have the same legal effect as this agreement.
