Zhang Chunliang, born in Bengbu, Anhui Province in 1951, is a second-generation famous oil painter in Anhui Province. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the China Oil Painting Society, a researcher of the Cultural and Historical Research Museum of the Anhui Provincial People's Counselor's Office, a member of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the China Democratic League, an executive director of the Anhui Provincial Oil Painting Society, an executive director of the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Anhui Artists Association, and a full-time painter of the Anhui Provincial Art Museum. Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Anshi University, majoring in oil painting, he studied under the famous Chinese oil painters Gao Quan and Mr. Zhang Zishen. During the development of Shenzhen, the series of works were acquired and collected by overseas galleries and collectors in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other countries. In Shenzhen, his painting style has received high praise from Mr. Shi Hu, the chairman of the World Chinese Artists Association, the most influential painter in the world and a painter who has achieved great success in the overseas art world. Zhang Chunliang was included in the "List of Chinese Contemporary Artists".
In 2014, the Anhui Central Art Museum held Zhang Chunliang's Xinjiang Style Oil Painting Exhibition, and all the oil paintings were collected by collectors, setting a record for Anhui oil painters to sell out all their works.
