Xiangshan Park has specially launched a postcard for the 24 solar terms of the Year of the Dragon, and today it is the first to release the Beginning of the Spring Festival. This postcard was jointly created by Xiangshan Park and the heritage protection and cultural communication team of Professor Wu Xiaomin of ** Academy of Fine Arts, and was carefully developed by Liu Zhao, deputy director of the Chinese Character Art and Design Research Center and associate professor of the School of Design, and his team.

The beginning of spring is the first of the twenty-four solar terms, and the festival is held on February 3-5 of the Gregorian calendar, which is the beginning of all things. At this time, although the spring is cold, the cold winter is over, and everything is recovering. The poster is inspired by the early spring scenery of Xiangshan, and the spring character strokes evolve into the eaves of the royal garden of Jingyi Garden, and the dragon-shaped roof beast jumps on it. The wax plum shades the incense burner peak, surrounded by the fragrance of the surrounding mountains, and the color is selected as a cold early spring color, connecting with the cold solar term. The whole presents a smart scene of spring returning to the earth and all things germinating.

Xiangshan Park plans to launch a series of postcards of the 24 solar terms in the Year of the Dragon, which is consistent with the design style of the postcard of the beginning of spring, combined with the characteristics of the solar terms, and integrates tangible landscape elements such as flora, fauna, and buildings of Xiangshan, as well as intangible cultural elements such as legends and stories, which is very ornamental.

For the first time, when the first release of the Lichun solar term postcard, the cover postcard will also be launched, using the white drawing method in Chinese painting, from the Qing Dynasty "Western Suburbs Barracks Map" to take the Jingyi Garden part as the main content of the picture, respectively with the festive red, gold and Jingyi Garden plaque black, gold highlighting the auspicious New Year and the royal luxurious atmosphere, with the Manchu text of Jingyi Garden and Qianlong's imperial poems, showing its historicity as a royal garden.

A postcard is not only a beautiful work of art, but also a perfect way to convey your heart and share joy. Through a small postcard, the unique charm of Xiangshan will be conveyed to you.
