On February 3, with the completion of the last car of concrete, the main structure of the wet papermaking joint plant of the general contracting project of comprehensive utilization of renewable resources in Qianxinan Prefecture was fully capped. The wet papermaking plant is the three key projects of the project: power production area, pulp and paper area, and wastewater treatment area, marking the most important phased achievement of the project since the start of construction.
Qianxinan Prefecture Renewable Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project is a key part of Pengsheng Paper's planning million-ton packaging paper base, with a total construction area of 123402 square meters, which is contracted by China Light Industry Changsha Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CEC"), with an annual output of 600,000 tons of waste paper pulp and paper production lines, a 60-ton solid waste incineration boiler, a 130-ton circulating fluidized bed coal-fired boiler and supporting facilities.
Paper Zone. The wet papermaking joint plant is the main process workshop of the project, and the construction of the rotary pile foundation will start in September 2023, and the main structure of the plant has only been capped for 3 months, setting a new record for the construction speed of the main body of the CEC double-machine papermaking plant.
