We live in the universe, look down at the earth, look up at the sky, there are three treasures in the sky: the sun, moon and stars. There are three treasures on the earth: water, fire, and wind. People have three treasures: spirit, energy, and spirit. There is a very subtle connection between heaven and earth, between this big universe and the small universe of our personal body, and in the big universe, all living beings and phenomena are all present in our human body. The appearance of the big world and the big universe, the inner view of the small world and the small universe, our human body and the outside of the world, all have a subtle connection, much the same. Today, here we will take a detailed look at it, and briefly talk about the comparison between this big universe and the small universe.
Our human eyes, the left eye represents the sun, which belongs to the yang. The right eye represents the moon and is yin. The large intestine and small intestine in our human body are the rivers, lakes and seas in the world. The digestive tract of our human body, the mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine are the bottomless pit in Journey to the West. Where we have bones in our human body, there are cliffs, rocks, and stones. Where there is meat, there is mud, sand, and soil. Where there is water, it is the Haihe River.
These long hairs, such as hair, on our human bodies, this is the big tree, the big forest. The hairs on the body belong to the grass. The sweat on his body is like rain and dew in the sky, his breath is wind, and his speech is thunder and thunder. If so, there are many, many more, and you need friends on the other side, you can add further, and that's all there is here.
To understand these things correctly, you need to do a lot of hard work on your own, to practice, to do kung fu. In true practice, those who have attained the first meditation will dwell on it, and when the distracting thoughts and delusions are gone, the desire will be liberated, and there will be no return to all evils, and there will be awareness and contemplation, and the mind will be happy and peaceful, and the first meditation will be wandering. The second Zen qi dwells, the so-called opening up the qi veins, the external breathing stops, there is a sense of observation, the inner self-joy, and the heart is concentrated. There is no consciousness and no observation, samadhi is happy, and swims in the second meditation. The pulse of the three meditations is dwelling, the pulse is not beating, even the heart is beating very slowly, there is no repetition of joyful thoughts, self-guarding awareness and body happiness, the sages and saints often seek to protect the joyful thoughts, and swim in the three meditations. The four meditations are the purity of the mind, the whole body and mind are thrown away, there is no feeling, the bitterness and happiness have been extinguished, there is no sorrow, there is no suffering and no happiness, the mind is pure, and the four meditations are swimming. However, in order to achieve the state of qi and pulse stopping, one must first change the twelve types of oviparity, wet birth, viviparity, and metaplasia on one's body, which is the change temperament mentioned by Confucianism. If we don't have a transformed body, it's absolutely impossible to practice. In this, it is not that the state can be reached in one or two days, but after practice, everyone has hope.
