The four meditations are the purity of the mind, the whole body and mind are thrown away, there is no feeling, the bitterness and happiness have been extinguished, there is no sorrow, there is no suffering and no happiness, the mind is pure, and the four meditations are swimming. However, in order to achieve the state of qi and pulse stopping, one must first change the twelve types of oviparity, wet birth, viviparity, and metaplasia on one's body, which is the change temperament mentioned by Confucianism. If we don't have a transformed body, it's absolutely impossible to practice. In this, it is not that the state can be reached in one or two days, but after practice, everyone has hope.
