Bilz quick-change blades we wes b
By combining quick-change inserts with BLLZ quick-change chucks, tool change times can be shortened and downtime for expensive production on dedicated machines and transmission lines can be reduced. Blades with different functions can be used in a variety of applications.
In standard inserts, taps are held in place using a quick clamping device;Torque is transmitted through a square shank. Taps with different shaft sizes require different inserts. Adjustable length blades are used to preset knives outside the machine.
Blades with adjustable safety clutches are used to prevent tap breakage. Extended inserts can be used for workpieces with interference edges. Other inserts, such as those with chuck holders, extended clamping ranges, die holders for external threads or reducer inserts, complement the product range.
