Calibration process:
1.The sensor to be calibrated is connected to the calibration box of the formaldehyde gas concentration sensor and connected with the air pump, the valve is opened, the sample gas is pumped into the box through the pump, and the steady-state response current of the sensor is recorded.
2.Open the valve, and make the gas return to the box after passing through the gas chamber, valve, electrolytic cell, air pump, and valve through the air pump. During this cycle, the electrolytic cell electrolyzes the gas in the gas chamber, causing its concentration to decrease.
3.Open the valve, and the gas in the pump extraction box enters the sensor for secondary measurement, and the steady-state response current of the sensor is recorded.
The sensitivity of the sensor can be calibrated by performing a secondary measurement, and there is no restriction on the type of sensor, which can be electrochemical sensors, semiconductor sensors, catalytic combustion sensors, infrared sensors, etc.
