In the early years of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Ye Qun mainly worked in the local education system, serving as deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal and Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureaus, and obtained the rank of lieutenant colonel in 1955.

Later, Ye Qun served as the director of the General Lin Office, and his military rank was also promoted to colonel. Later, with the rise of the status of **, Ye Qun also became a member of the ** committee and a member of the Politburo.

The fourth is Wang Ronghua.

Zhang Qian worked in the field of literary and artistic publishing for a long time after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and successively worked as an editor in literary publishing houses in Shanghai, Beijing and other places.

The seventh place is Lin Yueqin.

In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Lin Yueqin founded Beijing No. 11 Primary School and served as the principal herself. In the 1955 award, Lin Yueqin was awarded the rank of colonel, and she was also the highest-ranking of the wives of the top ten marshals.

In 1961, in addition to serving as the deputy director of the Office of the Director of General Affairs, Lin Yueqin was also the secretary of ***, responsible for Luo Shuai's life and work.

After 1978, Lin Yueqin served as an adviser to the General Political Cadre Department, and made great contributions to the rehabilitation of a large number of unjust, false and wrongly decided cases, the reform of the military cadre system, and the construction of the reserve cadre team.

The eighth place is Huang Jie.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Huang Jie served in the Ministry of Textile Industry for a long time, serving as the director of the Personnel Department and the head of the Cadre Department of the Political Department of the Ministry of Textile Industry. In 1985, Huang Jie was elected as a director of the Whampoa Military Academy Alumni Association because he graduated from the Whampoa Military Academy in his early years.

The ninth place is Zhang Ruihua.

This year, Li Gang is 95 years old, and he is the only one of the wives of the top ten marshals who is still alive.
