The dragon is the spiritual totem of the Chinese nation and the symbol of the prosperous China. In traditional Chinese culture, jade is regarded as an auspicious object, symbolizing happiness, good luck and noble character. Yuan Bo, a professor of the Department of Visual Communication Design of the Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University, designed and created a series of works related to the celebration of the first year, which is not only a clever use of traditional elements, but also a good blessing for the Year of the Dragon.

Dragon Prosperity Design: Yuan Bo.

"Dragon Prosperous".

"Dragon Prosperity" takes the dragon-shaped jade as the creative starting point, combining the tall dragon with the auspicious jade. The shape of the dragon's head is taken from the dragon-shaped jade pendant of the Western Han Dynasty, which is tall and straight, wise and calm. The clouds, water patterns and the dragon's body merge into a majestic and powerful dragon, rotating and rolling towards the center of the jade, showing a cohesive and unending momentum. The flying dragon is steaming in the sky, and the dragon enters the sea with majestic momentum.

"Dragon Prosperous Age" conveys the prayer for auspiciousness, health, harmony and perfection for you, and creates a harmonious development and endless future with you.
