When we talk about the elements that make up a web page, we mean the individual components that make up a complete web page. A typical web page is usually made up of many different elements, each responsible for conveying a specific message, function, or style. I'm going to break down some of the common elements that make up a web page.
Title. The title of a page is usually located at the top of the page or on the tab bar and describes a summary of the page's content. It is essential for search engine optimization (SEO) and for users to understand the topic of a web page.
Navigation bar. The navigation bar is usually located at the top or sidebar of a web page and is used to provide navigation links to help users navigate through different pages or sections. It can be a horizontal menu bar or a vertical navigation list.
Content area. A content area is an area on a web page where actual content is displayed. It can include text, images, or other multi-elements. The content area is usually located below the navigation bar and is laid out according to the design and purpose of the web page.
Sidebar. The sidebar is usually located on the left or right side of a web page and is used to display supplemental information, links, or widgets related to the main content. It can contain a search bar, social links, ads, or navigation.
Footnote. Footnotes are located at the bottom of web pages and often contain copyright information, legal notices, and other important site links. Footnotes can also be used to provide legal texts such as user privacy policies and terms of use.
Images and graphics. Images and graphics play an important visual role in web pages. They can be used to grab the user's attention, illustrate a concept, or highlight a specific piece of content on a web page. Images are often contained within the content area, but can also be used as backgrounds or decorative elements.
Button. Buttons are typically located on web pages and are used to trigger specific actions or interactions. Buttons can be used to submit a form, open a menu, start a search, and more.
