Ingredients: broccoli, black fungus, salt, light soy sauce, pepper oil, red pepper.
Method: 1. Soak broccoli in salt water for half an hour, and soak the black fungus for later use.
2. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets, blanch it in boiling water for about a minute, remove it, and put it in pure water to cool.
3. After washing the soaked black fungus, blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes and remove it, cool it with the same broccoli as the small red pepper and cut it into small pieces.
4. Drain the broccoli and black fungus and put them together, put the pepper grains on top, pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to smoke, pour the hot oil on the pepper grains, then add salt, light soy sauce and a little pepper oil, mix well and then put on a plate.
Ingredients: Peanuts, celery, carrots.
Method: 1. Soak peanuts in cold water in advance, pour them into a pot of cold water after washing, add pepper, ingredients, green onions, ginger, and salt, boil for 10-15 minutes after boiling, turn off the heat and dry for later use;
