In 2023, Wahaha's main business revenue and profit will achieve "double growth", and in the first half of the year, all employees will be given tens of millions of bonuses because of their performance, so that employees feel that the company's growth is closely related to their own efforts.
In addition to generous bonuses, Wahaha also spares no effort in employee welfare. Up to now, Wahaha has built more than 1,000 employee apartments in Haining, Jiaxing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Chongqing and other places, provided more than 1,500 sets of welfare houses for married backbone employees, provided 640 sets of low-rent housing, and provided more than 50 million yuan of housing subsidies for employees, so that employees can enjoy a more comfortable and stable living environment.
