In order to ensure the smooth development of snow removal and ice shoveling operations, the company reserves 60 tons of snow melting agent in advance, 200 tons of spare salt storage, 20 snow melting vehicles, 3 forklifts, 1 small spreader, 2 snow shovels and 2 roller brushes, and completes the troubleshooting and maintenance of vehicle equipment before February 20, and conducts on-site inspection of water adding points, main decoration points, transfer points and placement points of snow melting agent to ensure the normal and safe use of all kinds of machinery and equipment.
The garden department actively deals with lodging trees and broken branches that affect traffic, cleans up dead branches and fallen leaves accumulated in rainwater grates, focuses on inspecting culverts, plank roads, and water platforms, and takes a variety of countermeasures such as pulling cordons, hanging warning signs, manual cleaning, and sprinkling snow melting salt in key areas, so as to continue to do a good job in animal warmth protection. In addition, the garden department reserves snow melting agents, gasoline generators, blowers, shovels, long bamboo poles for snow removal, sweepers, snow chains, warning equipment, tree insulation equipment and other equipment, and earnestly does a good job in prevention and response.
In order to ensure the normal operation of street lighting facilities during rainy and snowy weather, the street lamp department dispatched 1 emergency rescue vehicle and 3 emergency rescue personnel to strengthen the inspection of street lighting facilities on 44 main roads in the urban area, ensuring that the lighting rate of the main road is 99% and the lighting rate of the secondary road is 98%. At the same time, through the control of the smart street lamp management platform, the operation status of the street lamp can be viewed in real time, and the fault problem can be prepared for repair at any time to ensure the safe operation of the street lamp.
