Return deadlines and conditions for Russian buyers

Acceptable quality food and animal feed. If the quality of the product is not satisfactory, it can be returned within 1 day of purchase.

Eligible Digital Goods. If the quality of the product is not up to standard, it can be returned within 3 days after purchase.

Personalized goods, such as vases with carvings, or windows made to order.

If the buyer believes that there is a problem with the execution of the order, any item can be returned

Missent the item, size or color;

Some items are missing from the set;

The expiration date has expired or has been damaged during shipping.

Eligible and non-conforming items can be returned by the buyer:

perfumes and cosmetics;

digital goods; Non-periodical publications: books, brochures, photo albums, maps and ** publications, single page publications, calendars, brochures, reproduction publications of information technology carriers;

Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, combs, hair clips, curling irons, wigs, buns.

Goods can be returned within 30 days if the following conditions are met:

The product is of acceptable quality, but the customer does not like it or the size is not appropriate, or the customer has ordered multiple options;

Unsatisfactory quality – received a fake, unusable item, or visibly damaged.

Technically complex goods, such as watches or electronic devices, can be returned within 7 days if the quality is acceptable; If the quality is not up to standard, you can return it within 15 days.

If the item has a warranty period, it can be returned within 30 days, and Premium subscribers can return it within 60 days. Some items can be returned within 1 year or more, if the seller has such a stipulation. Customers can find out the return deadline on the product card.

Buyer should provide original documentation from an authorized service center or expert attesting to a manufacturing defect in the product and, if available, an original warranty card. If the goods are technically complex, the defects in the documentation should be substantiated.

During the warranty period, the buyer can repair the item at the service center.

Buyers can return items with no quality issues if:

Maintain the packaging of the goods;

No signs of use;

The factory packaging is not damaged;

did not install or activate the program at the time of purchase of the electronic device;

Maintain consumer performance and not expire;

The buyer returns the entire set, e.g. a book with two volumes should be returned in its entirety.

Products that need to be filled with flammable fuels, such as gas or petrol, will only be accepted if the fuel tank or cylinder is empty.
