Overtime: January to April is the busiest time of the year, and my daughter often works overtime until late at night, sometimes until one or two in the morning for a month. It's been a really busy time. And July to October is the off-season, basically no overtime, normal weekends, as well as annual leave, examination leave, overtime travel leave, a total of about a month and a half of vacation.
Meals: The company is located in Lujiazui World Financial Center, and does not provide working meals, and employees need to take care of themselves. Shopping mall dining** is higher, costing around 30 to 40 yuan per meal. The company has no attendance registration, and my daughter arrives at work around 10 a.m. and leaves work at six or seven p.m. every day, and there is no fixed station. When traveling on business, lunch is generally provided by customers, dinner is generally ordered at their own expense, occasionally by the project leader or manager, and sometimes the team goes out to AA for dinner.
Business trips: My daughter travels a lot, and she has to prepare a handbag for every business trip. About half of the time is spent working with clients, and the cost of accommodation is fully reimbursed. The travel cycle is typically one week, and the group size is between 2 and 8 people. After the work was completed, we had to return to Shanghai immediately, regardless of the length of time. Transportation for business trips includes trains, high-speed rail, and airplanes, and all travel expenses are reimbursed by the company.
Salary: The Big Four have a relatively transparent salary structure, including basic salary, overtime pay, allowances and certificate subsidies. The base salary starts at 11,600 RMB at the time of entry and increases year by year. Overtime pay on working days, weekends, and national holidays is 15x, 2x, and 3x calculations.
