Recently, the new training brigade of the Fujian Provincial Forest Fire Brigade organized the second phase of the ideological backbone training meeting, and more than 30 new training cadres gathered together to discuss how to strengthen the methods and measures of the ideological and political education of new firefighters, and used the collision of ideas and the resonance of ideas to play the "concerto" of exploring the road of ideological and political education of new firefighters.
The training will adhere to the combination of theoretical teaching and daily practice, and the combination of learning, thinking, practice and communication and improvement. At the meeting, Lin Huichun, an instructor of the new training brigade, discussed with the title of "I people and E people carnival, I didn't expect you to be such a conspicuous bag", combined with the life rules and personality characteristics of new firefighters, and Wu Hongwei, the political instructor of the first squadron, discussed with everyone on "how to do a good job in the ideological work of new firefighters with extroverted and introverted personality characteristics". The backbone of the newly trained cadres who participated in the training said that they had learned deeply, understood thoroughly, and remembered it well.
When the new firefighter Xiao ** joined the team, he was shy, often alone, and did not like to communicate with others.
