Wu Longzhen, a Taiwanese businessman engaged in agriculture in Shaowu, Fujian Province, told this reporter that this 1,000-acre cherry blossom garden has his agricultural dream, and there are nearly 300,000 cherry blossom trees, which not only have ornamental value, but can also be used to make perfumes, candied fruits, and other products.

During the event, the Nanping Exchange Base for Taiwan was awarded, and the leaders attending the event jointly launched the Cherry Blossom Cultural Tourism Festival. Immediately afterwards, the dances containing a strong ancient style "Dance Banquet East" and "Dragon Dance", the enthusiastic solo "Flowers", "Neon Sweetheart", and the classical and elegant "Umbrella Sakura" and other programs were staged in turn, which made people dizzy.

The theme of this year's Cherry Blossom Cultural Tourism Festival is the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. In addition to appreciating the flowers, a series of theme activities such as interesting garden tours, rural revitalization exhibitions, intangible cultural heritage exhibitions, Fujian-Taiwan cultural exhibitions, and special agricultural products exhibitions were also launched on the spot, bringing a diverse, cheerful and festive leisure tourism feast to the general public, tourists and friends.

The planting varieties of cherry blossom garden in Dabugang Town, Shaowu City come from Fujian and Taiwan, and there are more than 300,000 cherry blossom seedlings such as Chinese red, peony cherry, perfume cherry, and pink beauty cherry. In February and March every year, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, all over the mountains, as far as the eye can see, the pink delicacy is cascading, the butterflies are flying, and it has become a place full of romance and poetry to enjoy the flowers.
Nowadays, going to Shaowu Dabugang to enjoy the cherry blossoms has become a beautiful business card for the surrounding flower-viewing tours, and this year it has been selected by the Fujian Cherry Blossom Association and the Fujian Leisure Agriculture Association as the Internet celebrity check-in point for meeting in spring to enjoy the cherry blossoms.
