Huang Weilu (December 18, 1916-November 23, 2011), born in Wuhu, Anhui Province, is a famous Chinese rocket and missile control technology expert, known as the "father of giant waves" and "father of Dongfeng-21", senior academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, academician of the International Academy of Astronautics.
