volumesTwentyWhat a cloud in the worldOne-cutKind of purityThere are three kinds of knowledge. 1. Samadhi2. Samadhi is complete3. Samadhi is at ease.
The sixth branch of the cultivated ground is "the purity of all kinds of worlds", and there are three different kinds of worldly purity, one is to attain samadhi, the second is samadhi perfection, and the third is samadhi freedom.
This is the first of theseThere are twenty kindsPossessing the law of samadhi can make it impossible to overcome samadhi. What twenty1. Those who are unhappy to break with the Brahmans are at fault
The first type of "attaining samadhi" has twenty types of treatments, and these faults will hinder the attainment of samadhi. The first kind of negligence is the absence of virtue of the companion. "The Legend of Phi Xun" explains, "It is said that all the decay and prosperity in the world can cause distress, and all prosperity and prosperity are also impermanent, so we should be tired of leaving and rejoicing in the break." Righteousness is as good as it is heard. Turning this should be well-known and not happy to judge. "Those who practice Brahmana with themselves do not rejoice in the elimination of the world's afflictions, and they do not have a dislike of the things that are prosperous or declining in the world, that is, they are unwilling to cut off the desires of the world. Such a person as one's companion and practicing Brahmana together will hinder oneself from attaining samadhi.
Second, although there is virtueHowever, to be able to preach that the teacher who is convenient for revision is at fault, it is said that it is convenient to revise upside down.
The first kind of fault is that the teacher is not virtuous. Although fellow practitioners are virtuous, they are willing to practice Brahmanism and get rid of the troubles of the world. However, the teacher who was able to explain to himself the convenience of revision was at fault, "saying that it is convenient to revise upside down". The "Pil Quest Record" explains, "It is said that if you preach the dislike and detachment and the joy and happiness of the phase, it will be able to make the initiator initially touch the state of breaking the state of happiness, and it is convenient to preach and rectify." As it is said. Contrary to this, the name is reversed. ”
Originally, students should be taught to be disgusted with the five desires of the world, to be disgusted with these things of fame and fortune, to rejoice in the appearance of detachment from desires, and to rejoice in the pure and solemn state of cutting off afflictions, so that they can attain the state of mind, that is, to attain concentration. But he taught the realm of rejoicing desires, the realm of rejoicing in the use of the five desires, which was reversed, and became a kind of mistake.
3. Although the teacher is virtuous, it is convenient to revise what he says, and he can listen to itIf you want to be happy and win bad, your heart is scattered, and you can't accept faults.
The third type of fault is the lack of desire to hear. Although the teacher is virtuous, those who can listen to the teacher have a weak willingness to practice the methods of cultivation that the teacher says, and they are not serious about them, so they cannot accept them. "Phi Xun Ji" explains, "There is no violent desire to destroy suffering, and it is the desire for fame and pleasure." The difference in the pronunciation of the proclamation is not heard, and the name and heart are scattered. "To stop suffering and practice meditation without a sharp will is called "lust for pleasure to win over inferiority." For what the teacher says, what he says is skillful and convenient, and if he doesn't listen carefully, he thinks about some other, disorganized things, which is called "distracted mind." This is also a kind of negligence, and the obstacle is fixed.
Fourth, those who can hear, although they have a desire to hear, hear with their earsHowever, it is dull, and the wisdom is inferior, and it cannot accept faults. Fifth, although there is wisdom and virtueHowever, it is love to do it, and seek more benefitsRespect for negligence. Sixth, there is a lot of sorrow, it is difficult to support and it is difficult to be satisfied, and I don't know how to be happy and satisfied.
The fourth type of fault is the inferiority of the senses. Even those who can listen have the will to practice meditation and get rid of their troubles, but they are also able to listen carefully. Moreover, both the practitioner and the teacher have virtues, and these prerequisites are progressive, as will be discussed later. But I don't have enough wisdom to be enlightened, and I can't get a good grasp of what my teacher teaches.
The fifth type of fault is greed. Although we have the wisdom of enlightenment, we are greedy for all kinds of actions that are missing, we are greedy for fame and wealth, we are greedy for the respect of others, and we are happy in the outer realm, which is also an obstacle to attaining certainty.
The sixth type of fault is the lack of joy. Respect for the benefits that you have not received will lead to sorrow and distress. For the survival of the body, it is difficult to be satisfied. And they always want special equipment to satisfy their desires. It should be easy to raise, easy to be satisfied, and happy, but I am never satisfied, and I am always distressed, which is also an obstacle to determination.
Seventh, that is, because of the increase in strength, there are many faults in affairs. Eighth, although there is no such lossHowever, there is slackness and laziness, so they abandon and make mistakes.
The seventh type of negligence is caused by many affairs. Because of the greed for fame and fortune, the resulting sorrow and distress, and not being satisfied, leads to the pursuit of more and better fame and fortune. will do more things that can get fame and wealth. As worldly affairs increase, there is no time to practice meditation, and the mind becomes distracted.
The eighth type of fault is performed by Sheka. Although he did not have the fault of coveting fame and wealth, he was unable to practice the preliminaries diligently because of laziness and slackness. "Phi Xun Ji" explains, "It is said that if you are slack, you are happy to sleep, you are happy, you are happy, and you are happy to lie down, so you can't practice yoga diligently every night." "Being slack by nature, clinging to sleeping, leaning, and lying down is happiness, that is, not practicing meditation, let alone practicing yoga diligently.
9. Although there is no such lossHowever, there are faults for his various obstacles. 10. Although there is no such lossHowever, there are hardships such as cold and heat, and we can't bear to make mistakes.
The ninth fault is hindered by him. Although there is no fault in the past, there are some other obstacles. It is explained in the "Pil Xun Ji", "It is said that there are common rashes, hardships, serious illnesses, wind, heat and phlegm, or there is food and lodging to live in the body, or being stung by snakes and scorpions, hundred-legged, and worms, or being annoyed by people and non-people, and they cannot get clothing, food, bedding, medicine, and other utensils." If it is the same category, you should know that all the names are plus obstacles. As it is said. All these things should be known as such. "For example, sickness, or improper diet, or being bitten by a snake or insect, or being annoyed by others, or being inhuman, or lacking in one's own organs, are all obstacles to certainty.
The tenth kind of fault is unbearable. I can't tolerate the distress of cold, heat, itching, numbness, etc. If you feel a little uncomfortable in your body, you can't bear it, and this is also an obstacle to determination.
