In September 2020, Li purchased a residential house in Xinyuan County. Originally, moving to a new house was a great joy, but Li couldn't be happy. For this reason, Li negotiated with the property company many times, hoping to change the place of the garbage can. But the property company also felt aggrieved, although it also wanted to solve Li's problem, but the location was also for the convenience of most owners, and the garbage truck could only transport garbage here.
Li, who is angry, has not paid property fees and household garbage fees since 2021. After many reminders to no avail, the property company sued Li to the court.

In order to alleviate the antagonism between the property company and Li and resolve their dispute as soon as possible, Gulzila Paizula once again asked Wang and Li, the heads of the property company, to sit in the property office and discuss a solution together.

Li proposed that if the trash can was changed to a small trash can with a lid, there would be no need to change the location. After several discussions, the two parties finally decided on a solution to replace the bins.
Gulzila Paizula has communicated and negotiated with the housing and construction departments and the community many times to solve the "garbage problem". With her efforts, the property company plans to replace all garbage bins with small garbage cans with lids by the end of March.
On December 18, 2023, the parties came to the property dispute mediation room of the court, and under the mediation of Gulzila Paizula, the two parties reached a mediation agreement, and the property company agreed to waive Li's parking fee for half a year, and Li paid the property fee and domestic garbage fee of 2,996 yuan to the property company on the spot, and both parties expressed satisfaction and shook hands. The successful resolution of the case has also led to the solution of the problem of non-payment of property fees by other owners in the community, and achieved good social and legal effects.
