China Life organizes reputation management training to learn new ideas and respond to new challenges

Recently, China Life Shijiazhuang Central Branch organized a training activity to strengthen the company's reputation risk management and public opinion handling capabilities. The training brought together professionals in the insurance industry, and invited Kou Jiachan, a researcher at the National Institute of Public Relations and Strategic Communication of Communication University of China and deputy director of the Public Relations Committee of the China Public Relations Association, as the keynote speaker.

The goal of this training is to provide colleagues from China Life Shijiazhuang Central Branch with a more comprehensive understanding and learning of how to respond to the ever-changing environment, so as to ensure the stability of the company's reputation in a complex and volatile market. During the training, Deputy Director Kou Jiachan deeply analyzed the key problems faced by the financial and insurance industry in the best environment. She explained in detail how to face and respond to **, and how to deal with the crisis of public opinion. In order to let the colleagues of China Life Shijiazhuang Central Branch have a more intuitive feeling, Deputy Director Kou Jiachan also specially set up an emergency drill. Through six given cases, colleagues from China Life Shijiazhuang Central Branch used the knowledge learned from the training to simulate interviews, interviews and press conferences. Through the emergency drill, the colleagues of China Life Shijiazhuang Central Branch better understood the strategies and methods to deal with the challenges of public opinion in real scenarios. After completing the emergency drill, colleagues from the Shijiazhuang Central Branch of China Life Insurance said that the practical training benefited them a lot and greatly improved their coping ability.
