Pay unemployment insurance premiumsBefore the worker becomes unemployed, his employer and himself have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year in accordance with the provisions of the state.
Involuntary unemploymentThe employee's unemployment is the interruption of employment due to the employee's will, including the termination of the labor contract by the employer, the termination of the labor contract, the dismissal, removal and dismissal by the employer, etc. Voluntary separation, resignation, or dismissal for personal reasons are generally not eligible for entitlement.

Example 1: Eligible for collection.
Suppose Mr. Zhang worked for a company for two years, during which time both the company and the individual paid their unemployment insurance premiums on time. Due to the company's economic adjustment, Mr. Zhang was laid off.
