Steps:
1.Preparation: Place the minced beef in a large bowl and add the chopped onion and garlic.
2.To taste: Add salt, black pepper and paprika to the minced beef, then pour in the tomato paste and eggs.
3.Stirring: Stir all ingredients well by hand or spoon to make sure the seasonings and vegetables are evenly mixed in the ground beef.
4.Add the breadcrumbs: Gradually add the breadcrumbs and stir until the mixture begins to thicken.
5.Add milk: Slowly pour in the milk and continue to stir and mix until the mixture is soft and moist.
6.Roll into a patty: Divide the beef mixture into appropriately sized portions and gently roll into a round patty shape with your hands.
7.Frying: Heat the olive oil in a pan and place the beef patties in the pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
8.Enjoy: Remove the pan-fried beef patty, drain the excess oil, and enjoy it with salad, bread or other side dishes.
