Due to its excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and high temperature properties, titanium alloy is widely used in aerospace, military defense and other fields, which is also one of the key research directions after the establishment of expert workstations by Shanghe Company. "The first phase of our expert workstation project titanium alloy ion nitriding process has made a breakthrough, after the titanium alloy material through ion nitriding, will make the titanium alloy product performance better, its wear resistance, surface strength will be greatly improved, now China's aerospace field is developing rapidly, we expect that the application of titanium alloy will be greatly improved and expanded. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and production and processing of technical material heat treatment process for 70 years, Shanghe has been deeply engaged in subdivided fields, adhered to the industry-university-research cooperation model, and built the first green heat treatment research institute in Shanghai with Shanghai University, and established long-term cooperative relations with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University, Wuhan Institute of Materials, Shanghai Institute of Materials Research Institute and other famous scientific research institutions at home and abroad, and has obtained a total of 51 utility model patents.
After the completion of the municipal expert workstation, it will continue to provide talent and intellectual support for the enterprise, fill the gap in the heat treatment technology of key high-end important parts in China, and meet the demand for such products in the domestic market. "It is expected that in June 2024, the titanium alloy ion nitriding process will be industrialized, and in the second half of 2024, we will apply titanium alloy products to a new bridge on the Yangtze River in China. In the newly built laboratory of Zhongtian Kesheng Technology Co., Ltd., various machinery and equipment are constantly in operation to meet the R&D and production needs of new high-end functional film materials. The purpose of the establishment of the expert workstation is mainly to provide us with theoretical guidance, and to carry out some key developments in combination with the existing experimental instrument status of our company, and some progress has been made. As of January 2024, Jinshan District has a total of 22 municipal-level academician (expert) workstations and 74 district-level expert workstations. With the promulgation of the "Implementation Measures for Further Strengthening the Construction of Academician Expert Workstations in Jinshan District", the conditions for the construction of expert workstations and management evaluation measures have been further clarified, among them, the implementation measures propose that the Shanghai Academician (Expert) Workstation (Service Center) and Jinshan District Expert Workstation will be given a maximum of 600,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan of funding funds according to the category, and the introduction and gathering of top innovative talents and teams will be accelerated with "real gold".
