Those who govern the country with virtue, cherish the people, speak widely, listen to the voices of the people, think about the people everywhere, and serve the people thoughtfully, those who are politicians will naturally be supported and loved by the people.
Its politics are inspected, and its people are lacking.
Inspection: Repeat and look carefully.
Chacha: Use power to monitor and control people's thoughts and actions, rather than educating people with morality.
Missing: **Break also.
If the politicians use a high-pressure posture to supervise the people, let the people become prisoners and obey the people, and do not reflect on their own virtues, then their state will disintegrate.
Woe to you, blessing to rely on, blessing, woe to lurk. Who knows the extreme?
Blessing and misfortune: It is a pair of yin and yang, which can be transformed into each other. If you don't cultivate yourself with virtue and govern the country with virtue, then your destiny and national fortune will be trapped in the "two" of yin and yang, and you will never be able to turn it around, and the transformation of reincarnation will never stop.
It is not positive, it is strange, and it is good to be a demon.
Fu: Return, change. Odd: Less. Demon: Weird. If we lose the foundation of moral education and do not govern the country with moral self-cultivation, morality will become a strange left-hand sidedoor, and kindness will become a strange thing.
The mystery of people is also long-lasting.
People have long deviated from the avenue of self-cultivation and governance, and have been lost in the karmic cycle of good and evil, right and wrong, blessing and misfortune, and it has long been deeply rooted and difficult to return to the right path.
It is a square and not a cut.
Fang: Method, precepts. Cut: Hurt.
To educate the people, they should govern their minds and bodies with virtue, and restrain their bodies and minds with precepts, and the two methods should be practiced simultaneously, combining the rule of virtue with the rule of law, and there are precepts but not showing their edge to hurt others. Cheap but not stingy.
Concurrently: The rule of virtue and the rule of law can be carried out at the same time, but they do not risk stabbing and hurting people.
Based on the rule of virtue and the rule of law, we will not use harsh laws to harm the people.
Straight but not shackled. 
Bondage: Constraints. The rule of law based on the rule of virtue is upright and not bound to others.
Light but not shine. 
Shine: Shine, shine.
Governing the country with virtue and self-cultivation is frank and bright, but it is not dazzling.
