introduction to home

A brief description of the home.

This project is the renovation of 277 large flat-floor hardcover houses, with a permanent population of a couple and two sons, and the elders occasionally come to live.

The hostess wanted a comfortable space that was designed exactly to her liking, and did not want a cookie-cutter design, but a unique design with a certain personal touch.

The hostess likes the Japanese style, the natural warmth of wood and stone, and the rough texture. Therefore, we positioned the style of this case as Japanese style through materials and colors, combined with the living habits and aesthetic preferences of the owners.

After analyzing and comparing some high-end Japanese-style hotel and residential designs, such as the design master Fu Houmin's "Hong Kong Upper House", "Manhe Beijing Super Luxury Flat", "Japan AMAMOM Seaside Luxury Villa", design master Kerry Hill's "Aman Itsu" and "Aman Beijing Hotel", etc., we extract the applicable elements. Finally, the material selection design of this case was completed.

In this case, gray natural marble and latte-colored solid wood veneer are used to lay a natural and calm tone for the whole space; The decorative wall of the restaurant and the stone bench in the entrance are made of rough axe split stone, bringing a natural rough texture; The textured paint gives the whole space a gentle texture. At the same time, it combines the technique of scene viewing, emphasizing the relationship between the perspective of the scenery and the people, and increasing the sense of hierarchy of space.

Before the renovation: The original entrance hall is an independent space, which is rigidly separated from the living room.

The original structure of the living room has a particularly good north-south landscape, but the north-south communication is not strong, and each room is separated independently and lacks interaction.

Considering that the restaurant is slightly smaller, the wine cabinet will look cramped when placed in the cuper.

The original master bedroom area is slightly smaller in the overall proportion, and the space needs to be reasonably optimized.

After the renovation: remove the partition wall of the entrance and set up the entrance cabinet and the double-sided cabinet of the tea cabinet; A shoe cabinet and hanging area are set up on one side of the entrance, and a suspended shoe changing stool is set up on the other side to enhance interaction with the living room.

By demolishing the wall of the room next to the original living room, the study room of the "Japanese room" was raised, and the four sliding doors increased the charm of the "Japanese room" and increased the north-south convection.

Borrowing the study space, the wall is moved to leave a space for drinks in the restaurant to increase the storage capacity of the restaurant.

The original walkway space was incorporated into the master bedroom to widen the master bedroom area.

Real view of the entrance. The entrance is equipped with a double-sided cabinet of entrance cabinet and tea cabinet, which is slowly introduced into the interior by the curved wall, with smooth movement and soft vision, enhancing the sense of ritual of entering the house. On one side, a shoe cabinet and a hanging area are set up, and on the other side, a stone bench made of rough axe and stone is combined with an island-shaped double-sided cabinet as a shoe changing stool to enhance the interaction with the living room.

The entrance is made of latte-colored solid wood veneer, and the material and color of the wall are the same, maintaining a sense of visual integrity, and achieving both beauty and practicality. The wall is reflected by irregular beams of light, showing a warm and elegant style.

realistic view of living room

Real view of the living room. The living room has an open plan layout, with a study or tea room placed in it to expand the view of the space. The study room has four sliding doors, which form a subtle linkage between opening and closing, and at the same time ensure the closure and independence of the space. The sliding door that is transparent and opaque will also be visually lighter.

The marble TV background wall is matched with a suspended TV cabinet, and the TV is centered, presenting a simple and harmonious look. The modular sofa is matched with a walnut round coffee table, and the space can be combined at will to build a composite and diversified use scenario.

realistic view of the study room

The real scene of the study. By demolishing the wall of the room on the side of the original living room, it is made into a raised "and room" study, and the four sliding doors increase the charm of "and the room", increase the north-south convection, and are used as a study and piano room in daily life. Occasionally, when relatives and friends stay overnight, you can also directly lay out ** mat as a temporary bedroom.

restaurant realistic view

Real view of the restaurant. By borrowing the study space, the wall is moved to leave a restaurant drink counter to increase the storage capacity of the restaurant. The upper wall cabinet meets the storage of wine, and makes a glass cabinet door, which has a display function. Leave an empty space in the middle of the sideboard as an operating table, reserve the position of the track socket, and place a small kitchen appliance to facilitate the preparation of simple meals.

The round table made of walnut gives the space a natural sense of intimacy, and the rounded backrest upholstered dining chairs create a harmonious family atmosphere.

realistic view of master bedroom

A real view of the master bedroom. The space of the master bedroom is relatively small, and the previous corridor space is incorporated into the master bedroom to widen the area of the master bedroom, and at the same time increase the cloakroom to meet the storage of daily clothes. The overall color of the whole house is followed, the wood veneer increases the texture, and the wall lamp at the head of the bed forms a relationship between the top and bottom, creating a warm and comfortable rest atmosphere.

realistic view of son's room

Real view of the son's room.

The younger son's room is made into a suspended desk by adjusting the opening position, setting up the entire book wall, placing books on the shelves, and making a suspended desk on the side of the bed, bidding farewell to the heavy feeling of the traditional desk, conforming to the ergonomic design, and making it more comfortable for children to use.

In the eldest son's room, we dismantled the original secret guard and made it into a housekeeping storage area, which was used to store daily sundries such as vacuum cleaners and other cleaning tools. At the same time, the entrance line of the eldest son's room is set aside, and the wall recess is made into a display cabinet to meet the needs of the eldest son's beloved model storage and display.

realistic view of the bathroom

The bathroom adopts a uniform color tone to create an open and tidy visual effect, and the simple hanging bathroom cabinet increases the sense of space. Glass sliding doors are used to ensure the permeability of the shower area to achieve effective separation of dry and wet, and marble stools are added to the shower room to facilitate bathing and care.
