Recently, Changan Automobile made it clear on the public interactive platform that they have paid attention to the network information about "Changan Automobile acquires 51% of Gaohe shares" and "Changan will take over Gaohe Automobile", the above information is false, although there is no possibility of severing Gaohe and Chang'an to continue to cooperate, but at least it proves that the last meeting between Ding Lei and Zhu Huarong did not promote the successful acquisition of Gaohe by Chang'an.

It can be seen that the attitude at that time was still relatively ambiguous, and Chang'an suddenly became categorically rejected after a few days, and there must be various reasons for this.

But then Chang'an may have realized that with the high cooperation some time ago, the negative ** was too great, resulting in the brand in the hearts of many consumers has been out of the high-end image, a brand that has been suspended and on the verge of bankruptcy, even after the reorganization and resurrection, its products can really be believed? Chang'an has a bigger trouble when it takes over Gaohe, that is, production qualifications and factories.
