The registration brochure for the 2024 National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants of the People's Republic of China (European Examination Area) has been announced, and the following is a sharing of the registration procedures, examination schedule, and printing admission ticket time:
Registration Procedure. Applicants for the National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants shall register through the online registration system for the National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants, or through the official WeChat of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (hereinafter referred to as the China Certified Public Accountants Association). The registration is divided into three parts: registration and filling in the registration information, qualification review and payment.
1) Register and fill in the registration information.
Applicants should click into the online reporting system from 8:00 a.m. on April 8, 2024 to 8:00 p.m. Beijing time on April 30, 2024, and fill in the relevant information truthfully in accordance with the registration guidelines. During this period, candidates can adjust the subjects and places of application according to their actual situation. First-time registrants should also register and upload their 1-inch bareheaded white background documents that meet the requirements within the last 1 year**. If there is a change in the relevant information of non-first-time applicants, it shall be updated in a timely manner.
After the registration information is filled in, the online reporting system will generate a registration information form for the applicants, and the applicants are requested to print it for qualification review and payment.
Those who meet the conditions for the comprehensive stage of the examination, but are unable to register, can consult the China Note Association.

2) Qualification review.
1.First-time registrants should upload a scanned copy of their identity document (which they need to bring when taking the test) as required.
2.In principle, the academic qualifications of Chinese citizens (excluding fresh graduates) who register for the first time shall be verified by the online reporting system according to the information of identity documents linked to the China Higher Education Student Information Network. The number of the academic certificate issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education filled in by applicants with foreign academic qualifications (including holders of residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents) shall be submitted by the China Association to the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education for certification.
Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, or first-time applicants with intermediate or above technical titles in accounting and other related majors, or certified public accountant qualifications (or other corresponding qualifications) recognized by the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or foreign countries as the registration conditions, shall upload scanned copies of graduation certificates, professional title certificates, certified public accountant qualification certificates (or other corresponding qualifications) and other relevant materials as required.
Applicants who fail to pass the qualification review do not meet the registration conditions and will not be qualified to pass the registration.
3.Fresh graduates should carefully read and confirm the letter of commitment of fresh graduates; During the period from July 22 to August 2, 2024 (8:00-20:00 every day), Beijing time, log in to the online reporting system to fill in your graduation certificate number or academic certification number, and submit your graduation certificate to complete the qualification review. Those who fail to complete the supplementary registration and submit the graduation certificate within the specified time will not meet the registration conditions and will not be qualified for registration.
3) Payment of fees. 1.Applicants should log in to the online reporting system from June 13 to June 28, 2024 (8:00-20:00 every day) Beijing time to complete the payment. During the payment period, in order to facilitate candidates to pay the fee prudently according to their personal preparation situation, candidates are allowed to adjust the subjects they have reported. After the applicant completes the payment, the subject and other relevant registration information cannot be changed, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
2.The registration fee is €150 per subject for the professional level and €300 for the comprehensive exam. Applicants can use the payment confirmation form as the basis for the payment, and the China Note Association will not provide additional invoices.
3.After the applicants (excluding fresh graduates) complete the payment procedures, they can check the personal registration status in the online application system; Fresh graduate applicants can log in to the online application system after August 5, 2024 to check the status of personal review, if they fail to pass the qualification review, the relevant consequences will be borne by the individual.

Applicants who fail to pass the registration qualification review or fail to pay the fee will not be able to print the admission ticket and take the exam.
Candidates should bring the admission ticket and the original ID used during registration to take the test.
