A: Since 2021, we have innovated the examination service and launched the "registration cooling-off period" - dividing the examination registration into qualification review time and payment confirmation time, which has been implemented for three years and has achieved remarkable results, which not only facilitates the majority of exam applicants, but also helps the exam organizer to allocate resources reasonably. In 2024, we will continue to do so. The specific arrangements are as follows:
Exam registration qualification review time: April 8 (8:00 a.m.) to 30 (8:00 p.m.) Beijing time. During this period, applicants can adjust the subjects and places of application according to their actual situation.

Confirmation time for exam registration and payment: June 13-28, 2024 (Beijing time) (8:00-20:00 every day). During this period, applicants can pay the fee prudently according to their personal preparation situation, and are allowed to adjust the subjects under the premise that the place (test area) remains unchanged. It should be emphasized that once the payment is completed, the subjects and other relevant registration information cannot be changed, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
Special note: Fresh graduates who use their mainland resident ID cards to register and hold foreign academic qualifications must log in to the online reporting system from July 22, 2024 to August 2, 2024 (8:00-20:00 Beijing time) and fill in the number of the academic certification issued by the "Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as Jiaoliufu)".
Printing time** of admission ticket: August 5-20, 2024 Beijing time (8:00-20:00 every day). During this period, applicants must print the admission ticket in time to avoid affecting the normal reference. Special note: The printing time of the European test area admission ticket is the same as the domestic time.
Examination time: The professional stage examination in China, Hong Kong, Macao and other examination areas will be arranged from August 23 to 25, 2024; The comprehensive stage exam is scheduled for 24 August 2024.

What are the circumstances under which I cannot register for the exam?
A: Those who have the following circumstances are not allowed to register for the test:
1) Those who have been revoked of their certified public accountant certificates for less than 5 years from the date of the penalty decision to the date of application for registration;
2) Those who are banned from participating in the National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants due to violations, and the processing period has not expired;
3) Those who have passed the general practice, or those who have been recognized or assessed as certified public accountants in accordance with the law.
In addition, in order to ensure the fairness of the examination, in principle, each applicant can only apply for the examination once a year. That is, those who have registered for the National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants (China, Hong Kong, Macao and other examination areas) from August 23 to August 25, 2024 are not allowed to apply for the European examination; Those who have registered for the National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants (European Examination Area) from August 31 to September 1, 2024 are not allowed to apply for the examination in China, Hong Kong, Macao and other examination areas.
What should I pay attention to in the exam registration process?
Answer: In order to continuously promote the organization and management of the examination, we will optimize and upgrade the online reporting system every year. Here, the majority of exam applicants are reminded to pay attention to the following five points:
First, the test applicants can register for the exam through the mobile terminal of the online reporting system or the PC terminal. Those who choose to use the mobile terminal to register can register by scanning the registration brochure or the *** on the home page of the online reporting system, as well as through the official WeChat of the China Note Association.
For those who register for the first time, due to the need to enter more information, in order to avoid registration failure caused by input errors, it is recommended to choose the PC side of the online reporting system to register.
Second, first-time applicants must upload a 1-inch bareheaded white background certificate that meets the requirements and is within the last 1 year** (jpg or jpeg format, file size 2-20k, 178 pixels 220 pixels, and the resolution is at least 96 96 points per inch). The uploaded ** will be used simultaneously for the admission ticket and the examination certificate. If the format and size of the upload do not meet the requirements, it will lead to the failure of the review, which will affect the printing of the admission ticket and the smooth reference.
Old candidates who have been reviewed in the past are not white background**, and do not need to be replaced. If the system prompts that the face recognition failed to pass the previous year's reference or needs to be replaced due to unclear, gridded and other reasons, please be sure to contact the provincial note association where the registration is located, submit the application to it, and then go through the ** replacement procedures according to its requirements.
Third, first-time applicants and old candidates who have not bound their mobile phone numbers must bind their mobile phone numbers when registering, which is mainly used to retrieve passwords and receive push prompt text messages from the online reporting system.
Fourth, the mainland academic qualifications obtained by first-time applicants will be uniformly certified through the online reporting system linked to the "China Higher Education Student Information Network (hereinafter referred to as the Academic Information Network)", and there is no need to fill in the academic certificate number in person. Foreign academic qualifications should be submitted by the candidates themselves to the "Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education" for certification. If you fail to pass the qualification review, you can contact the provincial registration association or the examination ** institution where you register and handle it according to its requirements.
Fifth, applicants must take the examination with the admission ticket and valid identity documents (such as resident ID cards, military officer certificates, etc.) that are consistent with the information on the admission ticket. If you do not have the same documents, you will not be allowed to enter the testing room.
