Tao Te Ching, chapter 68
Faith is not beautiful, good words are not believed. Those who know are not knowledgeable, and those who are knowledgeable do not know. There are not many good people, and many people are not good. The saint has no accumulation: if he thinks he is a man, he will have more; As you give to others, you will have more. Therefore: the way of heaven is beneficial but not harmful; The way of man is to fight for the sake of the people.
Faith is not beautiful, good words are not believed.
People who are truly Taoist will not be self-righteous and boastful, and most of the people who talk about self-righteousness are people who do not really understand the Tao.
Those who know are not knowledgeable, and those who are knowledgeable do not know.
Those who know the Great Dao can be consistent, and they will not learn too much from the people in the world;
For those in the world who have no end to the man-made and vain learning, they are basically people who do not know the Great Way;
Those who know are not knowledgeable, and those who are knowledgeable do not know.
Those who obey the Tao and do good will not destroy the heavens with people, nor will they participate too much in the worldly affairs that people do;
Most of the people who are caught up in the vain etiquette of the values and standards defined by humanity, and who do things with humanity, are mostly people who do not know the Tao and cannot do the good of the Dao.
Hotspot Engine ProgramThe saint has no accumulation: if he thinks he is a man, he will have more; As you give to others, you will have more.
The saint does not accumulate the thickness of virtue (the saint walks on the avenue, accumulates the thickness of virtue in the sky): the more he guards the avenue and solves problems for others, the more he can appreciate the wonderful use of the avenue; Guarding the avenue, let others understand the Sida, know the avenue, and deepen the thought of the root of the avenue.
Therefore: the way of heaven is beneficial but not harmful; The way of man is to fight for the sake of the people.
Therefore: the way of heaven, respect the avenue, heaven is born, virtue is sufficient and things are made, all things should be not disputed, all things are beneficial but not harmful, and all things get along with each other.
The way of man should also follow the way of heaven, do not do man-made deeds, do the great road for the purpose of the function, things have been completed, do not compete with the heavens, to understand that they are only to supplement the way of heaven, not their own work, so do not fight.
