However, at different stages of talent training, how to make full use of the existing overall teaching resources and teaching teams of the output hospitals and regional medical centers, and how to reform and innovate in terms of training mechanism, promotion and incentive need to be solved.
In this regard, Wu Nan suggested that the talent training system of the national regional medical center covering all staff and all stages should be improved. First, at the national and provincial levels, regional restrictions are broken, training bases and professional bases are recognized, and the output hospitals can uniformly plan and carry out post-graduation education for physicians. The second is to improve the full coverage of talent training, and set up special funds for talent training, including continuing education, to ensure it. To speed up the process of talent training, the exporting hospitals will formulate and implement the hierarchical classification and batch training plan for the existing doctors, nursing, technicians, pharmacists, scientific research and management and other positions in the hospital, and consider the incremental allocation of new recruits as a whole. The third is to improve the overall use and deployment of human resources, and do a good job in policy support such as treatment guarantees.
