Step 3: Click the Sync API button.

Step 4: Select an inheritance API.
Next, the user needs to select the location where the employee needs to be replaced, and click on the Inheritance Interface option behind the employee. This step is to ensure that the new employee can smoothly carry over the chat history of the old employee.
Step 5: Select the person to be inherited based on the organizational structure.
In the pop-up interface, users can find the person to be inherited according to the organizational structure. By ticking the corresponding options, users can identify the person who needs to be inherited and click Submit to complete the inheritance operation.
Step 6: Manually synchronize the company address book.
To ensure the accuracy and completeness of the address book information, users can also manually synchronize the corporate address book. In the enterprise management interface, users should click Contacts, and then select Sync WeCom Contacts. This step ensures that the contact information in the corporate address book is up to date.
Step 7: Synchronize the customer's address book.
Finally, in order to keep communication with customers flowing, users also need to synchronize customer contacts. In the enterprise management interface, users should click on Customer Contact and then select Sync Customers. This step ensures that the contact information between the business and its customers is up-to-date, effectively supporting business development.
Through the above seven steps, enterprise personnel can easily inherit the interworking interface, so as to achieve seamless switching of chat records.
