Pregnant Chinese cabbage
As soon as I saw Chinese cabbage, I remembered the sentence that my father often said, "A hundred vegetables are not as good as cabbage."
I haven't done any research on how nutritious cabbage is, and I don't want to do it. Because I grew up eating cabbage, I believe that cabbage is rich in nutrients. Boil cabbage, stir-fry cabbage, kill cabbage heart, cabbage heart spread, and even the dried cabbage gang can be used to stew pickles, which are silky, chewy, and delicious. If you have a cold, use two cabbage gnocchi, add two green onions, and boil water to drink. Go down in two large bowls, sweat all over, and get rid of a cold.
I haven't eaten cabbage in a few days, and I think of it today. Last year, I put all the Chinese cabbage in the garage, and I didn't eat less in the winter, but I never got tired of eating it. Today, I took one in my hand and found that it had changed its appearance, and its body had become thicker than it had been in winter, like a pregnant woman. Now that it has entered the stinging solar term, I know that it has a "doll" in its belly. Remove the old vegetable gang outside, and really reveal the small vegetable dolls inside, sticking around the cabbage sum, like babies.
I remembered planting cabbage flowers when I was a child. When spring comes, I cut off the top part of the cabbage and plant the bottom half in a pot or in a bottle of water. After a few days, it will pull out the felt from the cabbage, which is full of small flower bones, and after a few days, the small bones will bloom into small golden yellow flowers, adding poetry to the light life.
Today I wanted to fry Chinese cabbage, but looking at this little cabbage doll, I changed my mind again: dip sauce and eat. The little doll is sweet and crispy, better than the delicacies of the mountains and the sea, and it is very delicious!
