The projects in Haidian District include the Mingguang Village Area Renewal and Renovation Rental Housing Project, the Sijiqing Revitalization Collective Rental Housing Project, the Fangqia Garden Project, the Shuangquan Jiayuan Project and the North End of Xueyuan Road Resettlement Housing Project. Among them, the Mingguang Village project is located in the North Third Ring Road, with excellent location conditions, and has received extensive attention; The location conditions of the Sijiqing and Fangqiayuan projects are also better.
