S32750 is a UNS (Unified Numbering System) numbered super duplex stainless steel, also known as F53 or 14410, which is widely recognized in industry for its excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.
Chemical Composition:
Chromium (CR): about 25%.
Nickel (Ni): Approx. 7%.
Molybdenum (MO): about 4%.
Nitrogen (n): about 028%
Key features:
Corrosion resistance: S32750 is highly resistant to pitting, crevice and stress corrosion cracking, especially in environments containing chloride ions.
Mechanical propertiesDue to its ferrite and austenitic duplex structure, the material has high strength, with a tensile strength of more than 690 MPa and a yield strength of about 450 to 620 MPa, while maintaining good ductility and toughness.
WeldabilityAlthough the welding process requires special attention to prevent microstructure deterioration in the heat-affected zone, with proper welding techniques and post-treatment methods, the performance of the welded joint can be guaranteed to be close to that of the base metal.
Applications:
Marine Engineering. Chemical and petrochemical industry.
Energy production facilities.
Oil & Gas Transmission Systems.
High-pressure vessels and pipelines.
According to the relevant standard, components such as socket fittings and threaded fittings made of S32750 duplex stainless steel are required to comply with ASME B1611. and other applicable international and national standards for design, manufacture and inspection. This high-performance stainless steel product provides significant long-term performance in harsh environments, reducing maintenance costs and extending equipment life.
