Why does a school put children's diaries in the honor room?

Teachers and students worked hard to build their own.
Anfu Primary School was founded in 1923 and has a history of 100 years. In 1963, the school issued a call to "learn from Comrade Lei Feng", the school responded positively, the head teacher should tell the students about the spirit of Lei Feng, and every March 5, the school will also carry out the "learn from Lei Feng activity" to organize students to clean and clean the street.
In the early 70s of the last century, Anfu Primary School had more than 1,000 students, but the school only had more than 10 earthen classrooms.
In order to improve the conditions for running the school, the school decided to be self-reliant, carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng's hard work, and solve problems on its own.
In the summer of 1978, the school won free sponsorship of steel bars and other building materials from nearby factories and mines. After that, the students were mobilized to follow the teacher to pick cement and river sand at the small river one kilometer away from the school after school or on weekends, and to move pebbles at the Anfu Railway Station two kilometers away.
Zheng Guoyong, the current teacher of Anfu Primary School, was a student at the school at the time. He recalls that the parents of the younger students would come together to help, and the older students would work in groups to carry the materials to the school and hand them over to the workers.
Such "labor classes" lasted for most of the year. In the spring of 1979, the construction of a three-story school building was completed, and teachers and students worked together to solve the problem of cramped teaching space in the school.

The faculty and staff who dedicated their lives are remembered by the times.
The late old principal Yan Daoguo is still "alive" among the teachers and students of Anfu Primary School. In addition to doing a good job in the school, he has always been willing to do public welfare. Zou Defu, a 72-year-old retired teacher, remembers that since the 60s of the last century, Principal Yan used his spare time to go to the town with clippers to give voluntary haircuts to others, once a month, and rarely absent.
In the past, the school ran a middle school, and the homeroom teacher of my junior high school for three years was Principal Yan, and he would take us to the town's nursing home every semester to serve. Zheng Guoyong took over the conversation and continued, there is also a respectable "Grandma Liu" in the school, her real name is Liu Biqiu, she is a native of Northeast China, and she has been an art teacher in the school since the early 50s of the last century.
In the past, the bell for class needed to be manually ringed, and "Grandma Liu" took the initiative to take on the work of ringing the bell until there was an electronic bell in the back; In the era when there were no printers, the test papers needed to be printed on wax paper, and "Grandma Liu" took over the printing work alone, just to reduce the burden of other teachers.

Spanning a Jiazi, the spirit of Lei Feng is still shining in Anfu Primary School. In 2015, the school won the title of the first batch of national demonstration sites for learning from Lei Feng.
Li Xiangrong, who is currently a second-grade Chinese teacher, is also a graduate of the school. When she was in elementary school, she loved to perform and participate in literary and artistic activities, but the conditions at home were not very good, so her homeroom teacher Zhang Hounian often visited her home, cared for her, and would buy her performance clothes out of her own pocket.
You have always been the class president, you are responsible, your grades are good, and you are very suitable to be a teacher. Zhang Hounian once said such a sentence to Li Xiangrong. Under the influence of Zhang Hounian, Li Xiangrong did not hesitate to choose the normal major when he went to university. In 2002, she returned to her alma mater to teach, passing on the kindness she felt as a child to her students.
There was a girl in Li Xiangrong's class, Xiao Zhou, who was depressed and even had thoughts of suicide because her parents were not around and lacked love, and she needed to take hormone drugs for a long time. For this reason, Li Xiangrong often visits Xiao Zhou's home and tells the inspirational stories of Zhang Haidi and Helen Keller to the children, so that she can understand the meaning of life growth.
Gradually, Xiao Zhou became cheerful and optimistic, and she began to care about the classmates around her.
There is a girl in the class who is from a difficult family, and Li Xiangrong buys her stationery and snacks every semester. Xiao Zhou saw it in his eyes, and also imitated the teacher's appearance, gave his clothes to his classmates, and used his pocket money to buy her new clothes when the season changed. Later, Xiao Zhou was named "National Virtuous Youth".
Now, Xiao Zhou has entered the university and has also chosen the teaching major, hoping to continue this kindness passed down from generation to generation.
